Yes, our standard guarantee is one-year. We have been known to address items that occur after the one-year period. Please see home warranty program.

Yes, we are insured. We carry General Liability with a two million aggregate and Workers Compensation for all our employees. Further, we do not allow any subcontractors to enter a jobsite without the proof of proper insurance

 

Yes, we have references. We are constantly updating our list of recent clients. We can supply a list upon request.

 

Yes, you can see our work. Many of our clients have extended us the offer to show their properties upon request. Visits to our jobsites can also be scheduled to see our work in progress. This allows potential clients to see our workmanship before it disappears behind the finish

 

We start with our clients by listening to their wants and needs. We then discuss the price range that they are comfortable with. Style of home and floor plans can be addressed at this point. They are either provided to us or we start the design stage again keeping the clients wants, needs and budget in mind. During this process we take the time to walk the building site to determine the best placement of your new home. If you are looking to purchase a lot we can accompany you to determine if the building lot is feasible or not, and point out any problems that we can see.

 

We use the same subcontractors on every job site whenever possible. This allows us to control the quality of the work and they are very aware of how we like our product to be built

 

The office is staffed 7am - 5pm Mon - Thurs and 7am - 12 noon on Fridays. Calls are generally received by the office manager who will work diligently to facilitate a response within a reasonable time frame. And of course we love e-mail.
